Apple Cider Vinegar Face Wash – The Secret To Great Skin

For anyone who has ever wanted to look like a star, they should know that proper skin care is one of the most important things to keep in mind. But how can you keep your skin free of complexion and have it look as good as that of say, Scarlett Johansson, without breaking the bank? The answer might lie in something you can find in your kitchen cabinet or at the grocery store – apple cider vinegar.

Johansson spoke about the power of apple cider vinegar as the main ingredient of a facial cleanser in an interview with Elle U.K. “It’s a nice way to treat your skin if you don’t want to use all those harsh chemicals that a dermatologist would recommend,” Johansson said.

With Johannson’s testimony and a great price tag (don’t try to act like this product is remotely expensive), it seems like it might be a good idea to try this new skin care solution. But you might be wondering a couple things, like, how does this help my skin and how do I use it?

When ACV made (from apples, of course), it also forms malic acid. Malic acid, in turn, has greatly beneficial properties for your body, which reduces bacterial, fungal, and viral problems. This means it can help to prevent skin infections and acne. It also reduces oil and balances pH levels in your skin. Doesn’t this sound like it would be something you would want to treat your skin with, rather than a variety of unknown chemicals?

So the first thing anyone trying this solution should know is that the ACV shouldn’t just be splashed on one’s face. It’s powerful stuff, which means it can carry a powerful feeling, a sting, that is. The best way to go about it is to dilute the ACV. The rate at which you dilute it depends on how new you are to this treatment. It just mainly depends on the ratio of water to vinegar. For new users, consider a ratio of three tablespoons warm water for every tablespoon of vinegar. Or, for skin that is especially sensitive, try five tablespoons warm water, or just as many as it takes for the ACV to comfortably penetrate the skin. The more experience someone has with this treatment, the more they can reduce the amount of water.

For the application, it is best to use something like a facial cleanser pad to dip into the solution and apply it all over your skin. Be diligent and careful with applying it, it wouldn’t be good to miss any spots or get any in the eyes!

Once the application is done, it can be left on for about twenty minutes and then washed off, or a natural moisturizer can be applied atop it. It’s up to the user.

So for someone who wants the skin of Scarlett Johansson at a reasonable price, they should try apple cider vinegar.
